All products offered by SFZ4 are intended for the sole use of the individual purchaser. Any form of reDistribution, including but not limited to sharing, gifting, reselling, free-releasing, or leaking any product, will result in the immediate revocation of your ownership and whitelist status. In addition, any individuals found in possession of a leaked product, regardless of their means of acquisition, will be permanently blacklisted from SFZ4. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions, such as through alternative accounts, proxies, or other means, will result in further enforcement actions.

The modification of purchased products is allowed; however, all modifications must remain personal and private. Under no circumstances may you claim any modified version of an SFZ4 product as your own, distribute it in any manner, or attempt to sell it. Any modification made to a product remains the property of SFZ4. Failure to comply with this policy will result in the immediate revocation of your access and enforcement of necessary actions, including blacklisting and potential legal measures if applicable.
All purchases are final. SFZ4 does not offer refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks under any circumstances. In rare cases, a refund may be granted solely at the discretion of SFZ4, but this is not guaranteed. Any attempt to issue a chargeback or payment dispute will result in immediate revocation of access and blacklisting from all SFZ4 services. Additionally, any actions deemed as fraudulent, abusive, or violating the payment terms of the chosen platform will be met with enforcement measures, including but not limited to public reporting and legal actions where applicable.
Licenses of any product are non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, trade, or transfer ownership of a product to another party, whether for monetary gain or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and will result in the revocation of all access and privileges associated with SFZ4. The original purchaser, as well as any recipient of an unauthorized transfer, will be permanently blacklisted.
SFZ4 reserves the right to Modify, update, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. You acknowledge that by purchasing a product, you are not entitled to future updates or continued support unless explicitly stated otherwise. If Roblox is to release an update that “Breaks” a product, SFZ4 is not reliable for that and you can arrange a possible store credit depending on what you purchased. Additionally, SFZ4 reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time, and continued use of the products or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Attempting to exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with any product or service provided by SFZ4 is strictly prohibited. Any detected attempts to bypass security measures, extract proprietary data, or otherwise manipulate products will result in immediate enforcement actions, including but not limited to blacklisting, legal measures, and public disclosure of violations where deemed necessary.
SFZ4 reserves the right to revoke access to any user at its sole discretion. If a user is found to be engaging in behavior that is harmful to the community, business operations, or reputation of SFZ4, their access may be restricted or terminated without prior notice or explanation. This includes, but is not limited to, toxic behavior, harassment, defamation, scamming, and any other forms of disruptive conduct.
SFZ4 complies with applicable Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) regulations and copyright enforcement laws in Asia, Europe, and both Americas. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of SFZ4 products or intellectual property may result in legal actions under the relevant copyright laws applicable to your jurisdiction. SFZ4 reserves the right to issue DMCA takedown notices and pursue legal remedies against copyright violations.
Users may submit an appeal if they believe they were wrongfully banned or sanctioned. However, submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the ban or sanction will be lifted. SFZ4 retains full discretion over the interpretation and execution of these terms, and appeal decisions are final.
By purchasing any product from SFZ4, you acknowledge and agree to all terms stated within this document. Violation of any rule outlined herein will result in immediate enforcement of the stated consequences, and no appeals or negotiations will be entertained.
